Items are shipped via GLS.
We absorb €1.50 of the cost to make shipping as affordable as possible.

National Shipping

Flat Rate of €6.00

Free National Shipping on orders over €50

Please Note that it could take up to 4 days for your parcel to reach you during peak periods.

We’ll always strive to help you as best we can. If you’ve any queries about your package being delayed etc. please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll hunt it down.

Mainland EU

€15 Tracked & Signed (Shipping time 2 – 5 days)

We aim to use the least amount of packaging possible so some orders may come packaged in reused boxes, newspapers etc.

Rest Of World

€25 Tracked & Signed (Shipping time 5 – 10 days)

(Customers outside of the EU are liable for customs and VAT requirements – we do not have this information so you will need to check with your local authority before you check out)


Returns Policy

We will happily refund any items returned* (excluding shipping) within 30 days as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive any faulty or otherwise damaged goods, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@youme.ie as soon as you find out, so we can replace them or issue a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as we can not take any responsibility for lost items.

* Reusable Pads, Menstrual Cups, Period Underwear and Period leggings cannot be returned once purchased due to hygiene reasons. Of course, if there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to return the items back to store for a full refund.
